OpenSSH depends on openssl. (I suggest using a US mirror).
Solaris 9 and later include SSH in the default installs. For solaris 8 and earlier you must download and compile it. To do so also requires a C compiler. I'd suggest downloading the Solaris Companion software CD, which includes gcc and much other useful software.
